Application and Registration Dates

Admission and Registration Requirements
To apply for the Non-Thesis Environmental Management Master's Program (Distance Education), candidates must:
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.00/4.00 (50/100).
- ALES and foreign language scores are not required for non-thesis master's programs.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
- The program must be completed within a minimum of 2 semesters and a maximum of 3 semesters, starting from the term when the courses are first offered, regardless of whether the student registers for each term.
- Students who fail or cannot complete the program within this period will be dismissed.
- To graduate, a student must achieve:
- At least a YT (Satisfactory), CC (Pass) grade or higher in all courses.
- A minimum GPA of 2.50.
- A YT grade in the term project course.
- Two hardbound copies of the term project prepared in accordance with the writing guidelines, approved by the advisor, and submitted to the Graduate School by the end of the exam period specified in the academic calendar.
Graduation Requirements
The Non-Thesis Environmental Management Master's Program consists of at least 10 courses and a term project course, totaling no less than 60 ECTS.
- During the semester in which the term project course is taken, students must register for the course and submit a written report at the end of the semester.
- The term project course is non-credit and is evaluated with either a YT or YZ grade.
- A student may not take more than 60 ECTS in a single semester.
- A minimum GPA of 2.50 and satisfactory grades (YT, CC, or higher) are required to graduate.
Tuition Fees
As of the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, the tuition fee for distance education non-thesis master's programs is set at 2,500.00 TL per course for both newly enrolled students and those who registered in previous semesters.
Course Selection
- In the first semester, students must take 5 courses.
- In the second semester, students must take 5 more courses and the ÇYÖ599 Term Project course.
- Registration and course selection processes are conducted through the Student Information System (https://obs.eskisehir.edu.tr).
Online Learning
All courses in the Non-Thesis Environmental Management Master's Program are delivered online through https://estuoys.eskisehir.edu.tr.
